Program Levels
We have created several program levels to meet the varying needs of our members. You can choose from a do-it-yourself program to a fully automated and web enabled interactive program that will identify exactly what you need to address to get your next promotion and show you how to address your own specific needs. Our program levels include:
- Select – web enabled program that includes over 10 comprehensive lessons, exercises and step by step instruction plus: access to the interactive member forum, 360 degree feedback, and access to Scott so your questions can be answered by the expert.
- Preferred – web enabled program that includes all of the lessons, content, exercises and interactive tools in the select program plus: a personal 360 degree feedback review with coaching from Scott, video content for each lesson, video demonstrations, and a personal one on one job profile comparison analysis and review with Scott which will show you how well you match up to the promotion you want – just like what a hiring manager would see. It also includes a detailed training guide so you will know exactly what areas to address and how to address them to get your next promotion.

360 Degree Feedback Snapshot
Our Select and Preferred customers will be able to take advantage of this very effective and enlightening feedback tool that is normally reserved for managers and executives. You will be able to actually see how others perceive you compared to how you see yourself! Here is a quick snapshot of a few of the more than 70 questions you can expect feedback on when you take advantage of this powerful and enlightening tool. You will be able to see how you rated yourself compared to the survey recipient and get instant feedbac on you core strengths, opportunities, areas that require a closer look and areas where you are actually better than you think you are. Job Profile Comparison Snapshot
The Job Profile Comparison Report is a series of 4 reports that will allow you to see what a hiring manager would see regarding how well you match up with the job you want! Most companies will not show you this information due to legal restrictions, but with our program you will see exactly what a hiring manager would see after you fill out our profile. Our members will select the promotion they want and take the short 30-40 minute profile to learn how well they match up to the job. Here is a quick snapshot of one of the reports that illustrates the candidates strengths and weaknesses compared to the profile of the ideal candidate.
