Scott Ward's Background
Scott Ward grew up in a small town in central Illinois where he learned the importance of honesty, integrity and the value of a hard day's work. He received his Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Marketing from Illinois State University. After graduation he worked for two privately held companies in sales and marketing. At the age of 28 he became serious about his carrer and he put a plan together to climb the corporate ladder. In just 8 years he advanced his career 8 times and went from being a Marketing Analyst to Vice President of Sales for a Forutne 500 company. In this role he was in charge of over 120 associates and $500 million in annual sales. During his rapid ascent he worked for several multi-billion dollar companies including OfficeMax, W.W.Grainger, and Stericycle where he held several titles including; Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales Center Manager, Director of Sales, and ultimately Vice President of Sales.
